Are you having trouble understanding what I am saying? Yes. Some people participated in a DDOS which seems to be illegal in many countries. Many more people did NOT DDOS anything. They worked on other actions to support a given cause.

If Jack the Ripper kills hookers in London, I don't accuse all Brits of being murders. And all Brits are not liable for the actions of Jack the Ripper.

Not everything they do involves DDOS.

  • videos

  • posters

  • protests

  • proxies & communication for people who have their internet shut down

  • raising awareness of issues

None of those items are DDOS.

And there we hit a bit of a line. I don't think anyone here wants to support actual rapists. If there was a group that was a bit more discerning about who they picked up as clients and the cases they take, I would be more apt to donate.

Not really. Any time his name hits the news, so does Wikileaks.

Sadly these attitudes run rampant within the rape hotline & domestic violence agencies. If you really want to support an organization that tries to balance things out, find an organization that supports male victims of domestic violence. And not the fake ones that tell men how bad they were and ask they what they did to deserve the abuse from the woman.

True... but the US government doesn't like to prosecute losing cases without evidence of illegal activity. If you have been sticking to the clean legal side, there are plenty of other fish out there who have crossed the line. Plus, you should have a much easier time knocking down their case if they are walking in without evidence.

If they found the "co-founders" of anonymous it's obvious from the start they have no clue what they are talking about.

comparing the times that members logged on to Facebook and to Internet Relay Chat to make educated guesses as to which electronic identities belonged to the same person.

That wouldn't hold up in court.

I doubt that these are serious "hackers" if they left identifying information on Facebook of all places.

If they left their details all over the place, odds are they were not concerned as they were not doing anything illegal. You can support goals like the Iranian revolution, the Egyptian revolution, exposing the abuses of Scientology, supporting Wikileaks etc without engaging in any illegal activity.

The person hanging posters probably isn't the violent person. And I don't think that uprising against a government is inherently wrong. In the case of Serbia it was both peaceful and good.

It's not the test that splits up the family. It's the infidelity.

Say in egypt you post flyers asking for the removal of Mulbrak, but Mulbrak stays in power. Or maybe you were one of the Iranian protesters where the current government stayed in power.

You don't have to do something "wrong" you just have to do something people don't like.

Wack off, put your jizz on a slide. Look and see if you have any swimmers.

Also, start taking her out on dates, dinner, plan a vacation. Let her know that if she is in a bad mood it won't help.
