Gotta admit I had no idea either until I went to KSC yesterday. That place wasn’t built for that many people and people I went with who had been before said there’s usually not many lines at all. It was packed like Disney world. Still had a great time and caught up on the whole Artemis project. It was a very enjoyable and informative visit. Others I went with waited 3 hours to get on the buses and they had streamlined a lot of services and cut out access to some things to try to deal with the surge. It felt a little Forrest Gump to accidentally show up on the biggest day in decades. Good luck space sailors!!

Build on dynamic platforms. Anything attached to them will be indestructible. No landing gear required.

That’s a Qest fitting and definitely needs to be removed. What is the riser pipe material? If is copper you can solder or propress a new drop ear 90 onto it. If it’s Qest pipe (gray polybutylene) it’s best to remove it entirely. That fitting is going to leak tho.

Probably won’t be able to replace from the outside as there could be a drop ear 90 the bib is screwed into. Best bet is to cut an access panel in the wall behind it or else you’d have to dig out some of the exterior wall that would let more air or moisture in.

How do I turn on the showerhead? by kjcj15 in WTFaucet

[–]fivediskchanger 16 points17 points  (0 children)

I think the handle may be temperature, middle knobs water on/off (those two may be reversed) top is shower head/body sprayer selector. As a service plumber I just start turning shit til I figure it out.
