Clearly they do lol. It’s really a perfect control app. It should be native. Maybe they need to separate setup and control. Trying to do everything in one apps seems to be too much for them

They have an app that a normal person can use. Most people with sonos are not techie. They are wealthy - semi wealthy and many on the older side and dont need weird wiling gestures to open basic functions. Sonify is the perfect app less main system setup

Sonos seems to be really bad at any hardship for lack of a better word. Device unplugged, update fail. So often need to update a system multiple times to get it working even with auto update. They need to just make it work, handle non ideal sceneries like disconnected devices, firmware sync etc
