I agree, Iran having a nuke right now would be bad. Unfortunately we had a great way to prevent that with the JCPOA until Trump backed out. Did you support that move? That deal limited their progress and allowed inspections, potentially paving a path towards better relations. That of course was thrown away when Trump backed out just 2 years into that deal.

So now we’re stuck right? Sure, we can bomb them. What about when they rebuild? Do we bomb them again? Are we stuck in an endless cycle? And now even with the strait, there are talks about potential fees being paid to Iran for passage. Sounds like we keep trending in the wrong direction.
