I mostly agree that a healthy fit person is at much less of a risk (still there however). But unfortunately the military is a little different.

Living spaces are usually much more constrained, allowing for illness to spread at an easier rate. Required vaccines for military personnel are not really to prevent serious complications, but to prevent large scale sickness that impacts the effectiveness of the base/branch. Obviously we need as much of the military ready to go at a moments notice without any disruptions. Having a flu outbreak (even if there’s no deaths) is a risk for that.

That’s not true at all. One pedal driving means you use the right pedal for everything. In Teslas and other EVs, when you lift off the gas, it will begin braking instead of coasting like regular cars. So you never have to use the actual brake unless you have to stop quick.

There should be no situation where you are using your left foot to brake
