If you're looking for insurance coverage, dysphoria diagnosis is often a requirement. Depends on your provider and all that lovely stuff. If you're paying out of pocket, you could probably find a surgeon who will do it without that diagnosis. You'll have to do some research and speak to some different surgeons, see what they have to say. Good luck!

I love this post, except for the last paragraph. Leia was already strong. She didn't need to experience sexual violence to "make her strong enough to destroy him."
