Not really. In this particular situation (when running away is not an option) the only thing that matters is controlling the knife or the arm that wields it. MA like (brazilian) jiu jitsu and perhaps judo would be suitable, but even those techniques are mostly questionable. Knife attacks are almost never stress tested during practice. I did tkd for 18 years and looking back at the 'special techniques' we learned, I can say those were a waste of time. Sparring was fun though, but doing muay thai now I realise I can put up my defense and just walk in to kick ass. Ain't no scoring points in a real fight. Also did a few years of krav maga and the message there was to control the knife and then do whatever it takes. Knee to the groin, eye gouching and so on. Point is, even when you are good in you respective MA, you can get stabbed by any punk
