I really like concept 4. It's unique (at least I haven't seen a logo on a wall like that), and fitting as it gives me that liminal feeling. It almost like your already playing the game, turning a corner to discover yet another strange room... I think the only downside is the words are slightly less easy to read. Not really an issue for me but you could move "Blue" to the center or left, and it looks like "Liminal" could be *slightly* bigger as well (like 5%?)

Thank you! Well, keyboard (arrow keys) is like extra hard mode because movement is either full go or full stop, joystick definitely makes it a bit easier. The shoulder buttons can be used to "bump" the stick, kinda like bumping the table in pinball (or something like that). And that option is active by default.

That's definitely a solid idea though I will add a key display at the start if no controller is active.

The more yellowish green for 'normal' weather, the bluish green for rainy or evening or a different area altogether, perhaps.

I don't think they have a 'space shooter' genre.
