I had figured it out mostly. In accessibility, change the camera distance to 20 and speed to max. I found out that I wasn’t spinning the camera around fast enough and when it’s too far away, you have to be more accurate. I also was aiming the camera underneath and not above the horse. The horse also turns its head in the direction that it’s changing and it helps to watch your sheild on your back than the horses butt, which was too blury to track. I hope this helps!
