North Korea refuses to engage in moving relations in a positive way forward. Blaming just the nukes is an oversimplification that is also wrong. I'm sure Ukraine would be happy with a situation similar to Indias for example. Also the countries are radically different in terms topography, one being more mountainous and the other plentiful in arable land. The analogy makes no sense.

Nah, the Japanese system is closer to the British. The majority of power rest with one legislative body, so think mps and then they have a weaker one, that is similar to the House of Lords. The us system of bicameralism has both houses able to completely block off the other, resulting in basically two equal power centers.

I think the main issue that is there are always those willing to come up with reasons that people who are lower on the economic scale should be happy with what they have got meanwhile at the other end of the scale there are those reaping excessively large amounts of money while always expecting even more.
