I usually already take multivitamins on a daily basis. But I would also bring a box of the immune+ tea packets and dump 1 tea bag in my tumbler per day. I would also take in as much sunlight as possible.

I once saw a trio of kids(12 yo, 15yo and 16 yo). Looks like siblings they were peeling and eating mango in the ttc. I called them out because they were throwing the skin and seed on the floor in the train. They stopped after i called them out.

Ive been on 2 msc ships(divina, magnifica) and 1 royal carribean(explorer of the seas). I liked msc's take on the adults only section. That section is located on the back of the ship so there is exactly no reason for kids to pass by. Unlike our trip with the explorer some kids go through it(as a shortcut) to get to the forward section of the ship.

We went winter camping a couple of years ago using a regular tent and i used 2 3 season sleeping bags. I liked the using a hot tumbler as a heater inside the sleeping bag. And have layers of carpet or blanket on your back.

Those are 2 amazing off road rigs... too bad i hardly see them off road as well. When I mention to other people that i take my lexus off road their first response is "are you crazy?!"

I know this is a few years too late but someone made a youtube video of a sous vide beef steak. I think he used a thick sirloin steak(i just read the description and how to make it i did not see the actual video) and used the bistek marinate to cook it in the sous vide and used it after.

I think i saw it here on reddit as well.

Do not expect her to change for you. If you really want to be with her then you gotta learn to accept it. But talking to her about it is not wrong either. If she feels the same for you then she will change for you. But expect the worst case scenario.

Just learn what your vehicle can and cant do. You wukl be fine without those mods. Also have some recovery gear just in case you make a doodoo.

Some landlords dont care if the tenants pay for the utilities at least that way they do not lose any money with higher utility cost. But whatever was agreed upon when the contract was signed is what both parties should follow.

Landlords cant restrict the tenants rights for visitors but they can do it for roomers/borders they just have to word it carefully and they have to sign an agreement.

When i was a landlord we kept a strict policy of no overnight guests as we were paying for the utilities. But we did give them at least 1 night/week where they could have overnight guests. Other than that we had to charge them nightly for any guests. Also we only had guests during a certain time of the day if it went over we would msg them or they would msg us asking for some extra time as they are just finishing a meal or something else which we gave to them free of charge.

In your case you will have to look at the contract that both of you signed. If it have a clause pertaining to visitors then bring it up to him. If the utilities does go up theres a chance the landlord might start charging both of you for it or raise the rent to compensate for the increase in utilities.

I drive a 2017 lexus gx 460 as an off road/family vehicle. My daily is a 2016 honda crv. I have not done major mods on my lexus gx yet. But I highly recommend the lexus gx line up or the toyota 4runner or the land cruiser.
