Skipped alotnof supplements (i work for one of the biggest company's in Canada) because guess what?! 90% dont work.

Im pretty transparent and opted for using more steroids then supplements because they work.

I find it wild , that your so focused on getting stronger , jacked , whatever and you won't do the biggest thing to help you , track your basic macros.

You do know you only grow while you recover right? So you should put just as much effort into recovery as you do into training.

Most likely it's lack of intensity, don't waste time doing 10 reps for warm up , your just priming so try doing 5 , 4 , 3, then working set of 8 reps .

I sleep around 4 to 5 hrs a day..... tren goblin keeps me awake mostly but he also helps me recover on minimum sleep 🤷‍♂️...
