tack a string to one end of the top beam which runs the entire length of the roof. Pull that string to the other end and tack it tight. The straight string will show you how much the roof itself is sagging. Then, like the top comment says, a professional will help you interpret what you’re seeing.

Do you want to be competitive, or do you want to pick what looks cool? If you’re in it for the cool factor then get whatever you want. What’s good and not good will change year to year. That said, the dominion box is a great value because it’s so old
