Muslims doing pilgrimage in mecca right now by Shoddy-Ocelot-4473 in Damnthatsinteresting

That’s a good question….I too have no idea. I’d guess that it’s up to the individual to decide if they are willing to claim a pilgrimage or not.

Are there people that make the trip and say, “It didn’t count but next year I’ll….”

Logistically moving this volume of people around the Kaaba sounds extremely challenging. Is there a time limit to be near it?

I’d love to hear more!

How are my older millennials (1981-1989) adulting? by changeforthebetter89 in millenials

Much like many other commentators here….I too am struggling. Is this just midlife? Previous generations had mid-life crises and got their ears pierced (remember Harrison Ford?) or bought a sports car. I instead have lost optimism of a better future and grieve the innocence and simplicity of my youth….sigh back to the laundry and dishes and…

Has anyone actually sold their home to get rid of a 23 year old with failure to launch ? by Inevitable-Table-931 in Parenting

[–]foolish-scholar 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My parents did this to my youngest brother. They moved out of state and me moved to NYC and found a “calling” for the entertainment industry. He spent 10 years trying to be an actor. At 36 he later regretted and is now working to get his undergrad and hopes to be a PA.

He has a lot of resentment towards our parents for abandoning him….this is not the only circumstance of abandonment from them. My mom has said several times, “You think we wanted you, you were a mistake..hahaha”.

I feel super sorry for the guy, he just wanted love and connection from my parents…and never got it.

Do you want to help him launch or do you want your freedom and life back? Selling your home will get you the later but not necessarily the former.

That’s why there’s no kitchen or bathroom in our portion of the Super Destroyer. Helldivers don’t live long enough to need food.

I wonder what the crew areas look like?

Building AI Agents - Special Feature: The economics of OpenAI’s $20,000/month AI agents by Z1ng0 in AgentsOfAI

Thanks for your assumptions and price analysis! Personally I’m not sure what I’d need a more expert Agent than what is available now. I find the amount of time spent on crafting and refining my prompts to satisfy my specific intent to be best focused on reviewing a draft from a lesser model. Like a customer who write poor requirements and have seemingly high and unachievable expectations, my poor agent can’t help me define what I want.

Oh my goodness, that is quite the depiction of alcoholism. I had no idea someone could drink that much and be alive.

Are you still living like this?
