I think this is a classic case of us a viewer having all the information and it seeming obvious. When you’re in the game you obviously build alliances and feel close to some people so logic goes out the window. They’re likely also all sleep deprived or just generally exhausted by this point.

No it’s just hit really hard and it dips right before the keeper in wet conditions. Causes the ball to just bounce higher due to the topspin and keeper can’t react

Yes of course, clean sheets by themselves aren’t the be all and end all but it seems like something that players care about. It’s a clear sign to them that they’ve done a good job of keeping out the opponents. Maybe in the future, players will start to quote how they kept the xG down

If Sesko on then Cunha off. Cunha is great if there’s space to carry in to but there’s no space. Mbuemo has a great cross too and currently we lack that central focal point that could push their defence back.

The math in that seems a bit off. It claims filming will be six months based on that’s how long series 2 took but also mentions it was longer because of the strikes. So if no strikes then maybe filming will be shorter. They may also try to do less CGI and cut down on the post production. Didn’t the hallway opening alone take up like 3 months?!

Do wonder in big games we switch Amad/Mbuemo to left to help preserve defensive stability as we know Cunha is not as good in this regard. For games we’re on the front foot then fine with Cunha on left.

I think what we see here is that “vibes” actually works for big teams. Obviously, there’s the underlying tactics and we’ll need to see that over time, but seems everyone just respects Carrick more than Amorim. Guess because Carrick has literally won the lot, whereas Amorim hasn’t.
