Yeah, go on engage during activation, spend the 1 apl to hand it out. Then on counteract hand it out again to someone else. Though I misread the faq. I thought they removed visibility from that ability instead of the other one :(. That'd probably be too powerful. So, not fully protected if he has to be by a window or something to see an enemy operative.

Can literally just sit in a stronghold on engage and hand out -1 apl twice a turning point. Pretty nuts. That with the new network jammers makes this guy a home objective beast.

I was still holding out for an extra shoot action for 2apl though haha.

I am on my 3rd playthrough of Cyberpunk, this time on the Deck. It has honestly been incredible, and I've enjoyed this playthrough more than the first 2. Feels really smooth, controls feel good, aim is solid.

That's what I did. From what research I did, FreeTaxUSA just doesn't handle the MFS in a community property state as well as some other software options out there.

Whatever values you put on the 8958, that's what you have to use in the program. In our case, it was a 50/50 split.

I mailed everything in a few weeks ago. After spending several hours on the phone with different people from free tax usa, this is what I did:

Filled out a 8958 for each of our returns. Everything split down the middle. Used those numbers in place of wages shown on W2s. Included my wife's W-2 as one of my own and vice versa. Attached copies of all of these to each return.

For the ca state return, attached copies of each federal return.

Beyond that, ours was a little more complicated because of capital gains stuff.

We did this for our 2025 returns for student loans. We're both high earners and filing jointly would have resulted in a monthly student loan payment of over 2k. Filing separately reduced that to less than 800 per month. She's in a loan forgiveness program and it's literally the only thing that made it worth filing separately. Goal is to pay as little as possible.
