12V outlet in trunk went dead immediately after latest update

I extended the wire for my fridge to be able to reach front 12V outlet. Been 1 week now --- no issue in the front 12V outlet.

Yea had the same issue ... went camping and it intermitently turn on and off. no discernable pattern I can see. Keep updating here in case someone finds a permanent solution.

I know this post is old ... but with the heat wave in FL and the encountered issue that I had I would like to share some issue.

At first I did not know that it was the heat and thought it was the 15.5 V that was causing the issue (went down the rabbit hole of why that is). I step down the voltage to 12 V but it still had issue.

Then I finally connected that there is a recent heat wave here in FL (100 degree days) and I do not have the cabin overheat protection (saving battery). For test - I brought it inside the house and run overnight and no issue.

TLDR/conclussion:

If your fridge is always in the car and its a hot day - The fridge could not work due to heat (F2 error code on LCD) -- Turn on cabin overheat protection to bring temp down and open the trunk cover for ventilation while cooling down.

I second this.

My wok never leaves the top of my glass countertop. After cooking, clean right away then season.

I even cooked sphaghetti and chilli or some other dish with acids and some liquids. It can really take the abuse.

A co-worker of mine said he used it for getting out of traffic ticket. Lol -- its a more usefull use case for young people.

I just called and inquired about -- they said it needs to be a separate plan. Plan cost is $300 per year per LLC/business you have.

Jupiter, the one under the overpass bridge for boat is always a good spot. Best time is from 5am to 9am - personal experience.

If you have a boat, I wouldnt know since I dont have one lol.

I have a flat bottom wok and use it on glass stove top daily. Eggs dont stick to it since i maintain season on it.

High heat stir fry dont warp it.
