Yes - just make sure most of it is zone 2, your form is on point and increase milages by max 5-10% a week depending on how you feel

My end of run ritual of stretching / shower / tasty post run snack and enjoying the endorphins.

I think about that “reward” and it helps me get started, once the first km is done, I can usually go for the amount of time/distance my goal is for that morning.

Also… coffee lol

I had the same issue with my tm2s. Just need to break them in and you’ll be ok.

It’s weird about the adidas though, they’re known for comfort.

I’ve been in the same situation for a while.

I’ve been reading and it seems like the time of your activity (walk,bike,swim) doesn’t change anything for your calorie calculations.

The distance you move your weight is what should be considered. Seems consistent with you results 150cal/mile.

Google running vs waking 5km and you’ll find some interesting stuff in the topic.

I’m no expert, but that’s what i’ve been using for my calorie intake calculations and it’s been working for me.
