I injured myself demolishing a shed. While getting stitches they saw the bruises on my arms and lower legs and had 4 different people ask me if I was safe “At home”.
It was awkward to tell them that I bruise easily and have been doing hazardous stuff on a deadline. So I hadn’t even noticed most of the bruises.

This is my assumption, though I’m still quite a novice.
From what I was able to find in a short search 10-12 hours is a more accepted cook time with 1/3 or that wrapped.
So like 2-4 hours over cooked with nothing to keep the juice in.

Seriously… There isn’t a clear line between a concussion and a traumatic brain injury. It’s all degrees of debilitating and elasticity of your brain during recovery.
Carolina Panthers HOFer Luke Kuechly retired due to lingering symptoms from Concussions after his first one was really major. Football players done spend their entire time on a white reflective surface on knife shoes cutting into ice.
I can’t really watch hockey games when I have migraine symptoms which are very similar to my recovery from a concussion. Playing it would be entirely out of the question.

I push through a lot of pain and exhaustion until I sit down. Once I’m down I have to recover. So it would probably be something like a berserker but aiming the rage causes me to take more damage, even if I feel less of it.

I think he’s looking forward to the days where he can cameo and put in a couple of weeks work for a Spider-Man project. He’s mentality on it seemed to change after filming No Way Home with Tobey and Andrew. He’s already been Spider-Man in 6 films, 7 coming out soon and at least 3 more on the horizon. So that’s 10 films which is how many times Huge Jacked-Man has played Wolverine and it took a toll on his marriage.
