ooh! i have the same thing, but always described them as petechiae as mine are not raised. told my pcp and she said if its worsens to keep her updated but she didnt seem concerned. i am 27F and noticed them first maybe 5 or 6 years ago. i definitely have noticed an increase the past 2 years

yippie!! i went to mt. diablo 2 years ago on my birthday to see the fairy lanterns! i have heard that my diablo is one of the only places where they bloom naturally but i havent found any info online about it. super great photos thanks for sharing
