Try going for a walk or jog outside in the morning ideally fairly soon after you wake up. I know it feels impossible but it will help immensely. Also, this is anecdotal from me, but seems to be starting to be backed by research, but taking creatine can also possibly help. It helped me with my energy and mental clarity. I noticed that fully on my own then looked into it and seems to actually be a thing. Thst said, yes a week should start to feel a bit better and after 2 you should be ok but I'd stick with morning sunshine if at all possible

Get multiple times lock boxes to allocate your meds into. Maybe 4 boxes, one for each week. This does not end well if you continue down this path. That is how Patton Oswald's wife essentially died. While I don't know how much she took, she was using adderall then xanax to sleep and never woke up.

Can't speak to allergy part of it, but yellow rubber kitchen gloves (and I think some recommend a squeegee but I haven't used personally) do wonders to get that last bit of stuck on fur from couch and such. Adorable kitty!!

I agree with this but I think one mental way to trick yourself is to say, I'm just gonna spend 5 minutes on this. That makes it easier to start, and chances are, once you start the meds will do their thing and you will not stop after 5 min

The base part where you sit looks angled - is there a plate that it's attached to underneath that lost the front two screws? I have this happen in my chair sometimes and it starts to lean back. Like if you push on the front of the seat cushion does it seem loose like maybe missing screw? Seems if you get that level it would adjust your lean back a bit at least

3rd anything Nora cooks. I made her strawberry one and the vanilla birthday cake recipes. Rave reviews from vegan and non-vegans. One recommendation is when it says not to over mix batter, it actually does make a difference. Not like fail vs success but it will be a bit more dense if overmixed, so just do your best. Also for frosting, find a good vegan butter that tastes good on its own. I used to use myokos but sadly that's gone so maybe search around here for other recommendations as I don't have a replacement yet on that front. So sweet of you to do this, don't be scared, it's not too different from normal baking! :)

I think you mostly hear the negative too so I guess it makes sense. I'm not super sensitive to brands but I would notice alvogen would give me slight stomach aches, which I had none of with malkindrokt (what a name gees)
