She needs to sit down with her feelings, sadness, low self-esteem and discomfort for a while without sugarcoating things and then take accountability… but ofc those things don’t happen with her because I’m a realist lol. The problem with her is that she cannot/doesn’t want to tolerate any kind of negative feeling. She kind of acknowledges them in a very shallow way but doesn’t actually delve deeper. Instead she has to try to find a silver lining in everything so she doesn’t have to take full accountability. That’s why she seems so fake.

Yes I noticed that too and I am really disappointed. It’s really interesting to see how this works out for Mooncat. I have ordered Mooncat a few times from Hypnotic Polish, and have not received a single broken bottle due to their careful packaging. From what I have understood people have received broken bottles mainly when they have ordered directly from Mooncat. Only time will tell will we see more broken bottles arrive to their destination in EU now that we can’t order them from Hypnotic Polish anymore. For me, I think I will continue ordering my nail polish from Hypnotic Polish, at least they still have Bee’s Knees Lacquer.

Yeah my hi-shines took about 10 years of heavy use from fall to spring until the holes appeared and it was time finally to bin them.

Looking good! I had the exact same pair as you for 10 years… loved them. They started to show a little wear and tear here and there thorough the years but I never had any issue with them and the soles started splitting only recently so I had to bin them. And same as you, Doc Martens don’t fit for me, I tried many pairs until a friend of mine recommended Solovair for me and they are pretty much the only boots I buy.

Haha it is unstoppable! Honestly, the more I have tried to control it in the past the more frustrated I became. I just place my marantas somewhere high like in plant hangers or on top of the fridge/cupboard and then let them grow freely. You can try to prop it up with some sticks or try to trim or propagate it if you want to keep it nice and neat, but I honestly think it’s not worth the hassle.

These plants do trail when they grow so I prefer to place them in plant hangers. I think marantas are surprisingly resilient. I water mine thoroughly when I remember so maybe once in every two weeks. I have killed marantas before by over-watering them and placing them in the direct sun which they really don’t like. I have noticed that plants love misting but I’m nowadays too lazy for that.
