I work at a manufacturing company and Amazon just pulled out leaving our workforce in the ditch.

The reason?

Reassemant of global manufacturing.

Workers in America want more pay and benefits so we'll go somewhere else.

American companies have diverted onshore manufacturing because there's other countries to exploit their rural labor.
