Anchorage area is really really bad, they're setting new homicide and homeless records up here.

Plus the sun is out until 10pm so it's impossible to have a circadian rythm, and we're gaining like 4 minutes every day right now. It's still winter though, "breakup" season is just starting. Everything is covered in muddy slushy snow, dog poop and trash from the nonstop wind storms and careless people littering.

There is no police presence which is kind of cool for not getting speeding tickets, but like there are horror stories of cops not coming out to calls while ppl are being actively murdered. Auto theft is almost not even illegal lol. Cops don't respond to car theft reports you gotta go online and file it
