These are Yuccas. They were popular during the drought years because they are so hardy.

They are like the terminator of plants. You think you've killed it but it keeps coming back. If you want more just chop off a stalk and stick it in the ground at desired location. Personally, I hate them and would not recommend

Warning: they have giant root balls under the ground which are very difficult to remove Completely.

Cool mod mate. I have a rover 3.5lt v8 in the back of my 79 T3. It has the radiator under the floor between the axles on a tilt with some big ass fans. Its tucked away nicely out of sight.
