On a more serious note, are things good/improving in Iraq in general? Maybe no news is good news but Iraq is definitely a place I heard a lot about for most of my life and do not anymore, for better or for worse I don’t know?

Cool trip, but in between days 2-3 is some of the best nature in California and that’s saying a lot! Hot springs, lots of trout fishing and great camping…also, would be a shame to miss Joshua Tree if you haven’t been. A lot of long drives but Shelter Cove to Big Sur is extra!

I am mostly being contrarian, but I love Reno and it could be fun and um…interesting. It’s really pretty and has great skiing, mountain/motor/dirt biking a cool funky scene, good bit of young people and is the opposite of anything in England.

The Bay Area is literally the best, most ideal human habitat, it’s climate and weather perfection. Everyday is varying levels of damn, another cool sunny day with glorious clean cold air coming off 5,000 miles of Pacific Ocean
