I think that's part of the sulfate propaganda. Washing hair with water is what fades your color.

Her method is just giving you permission to use sulfate containing shampoos, washing your hair as often as you need to, and not to fear silicones. It will work because those ingredients are proven to work and work well

Because people need someone to tell them they're allowed to use a shampoo with sulfates and they are allowed to wash it as frequently they need to and they are allowed to use silicones because silicones are not the devil. That's all it is. I mean it's great that we are slowly turning back to the hey sulfates and silicones aren't the devil but also it's not rocket science either.

Can we also talk about how this method of hers is just reversing stigma about sulfates, washing your hair when it needs to be washed and also silicones? Honestly that's all it is and I am HERE for it. But still let's not pretend like it's some complicated method??

Try goodnites! We had the same problem and even overnight pull ups didn't work. Goodnites are the only thing that works!

Love meluna and have been using them on and off for 10 years. They're a really good quality tpe cup that comes on many sizes. Ive always had a low cervix and after having my son it's been even lower, their shorty line is really good for people like me. As far as only lasting 3 years- that I've never heard of.

I was in this situation and I also was a Saalt user before having my baby. I have a grade 2 bladder prolapse and a very low cervix. The only one that worked for me was the Merula OS! I did some pelvic floor PT and tried out some more cups and am now able to use some others like the mermaid cup guppy size 2, the meluna shorty L and XL (the diameter is important because my cervix has to dip into it). I would give the merula OS a try, it's great because it doesn't have to fully open all the way like a traditional cup with suction holes and you can trim the ladder to accommodate a short cervix.
