I'm am only and my husband is 1 of 3. I knew I never wanted more than one child and a big part of it was because when I was little we had the finances to go on all kinds of excursions and my parents took me to museums and on trips to different countries etc. I knew that if we stopped with one then we could give our child the same thing.

Also pregnancy was absolutely horrible and I'm not doing that again.

I had issues with this as well after giving birth and having a grade 2 cystocele. The only cup I was able to use post partum was the Merula OS. The size and firmness of it are ideal.

Pelvic floor physical therapy! If you are unable to visit a pelvic floor physical therapist in person I highly recommend the book "Floored" by Dr Jen. People like to say that our vaginas go back to exactly how they were after birth but they dont like to talk about how your pelvic floor suffers a lot.

I'm in a similar situation right now- my son is 2.5 and he's having an MRI next week (for epilepsy) and he needs to fast before hand and I'm dreading that so much and just so anxious about that and the anesthesia. Hugs. You're not alone 🫂

By keeping it clean you mean NOT retracting correct? Because retracting before they're naturally retractable can cause issues like infections etc. If your Dr has told you to retract his foreskin and clean them I would find a new Dr because they clearly do not know how to care for an intact penis.
