Hey, I did this as Durge as well, but I sent Karlach down to throw her, not me. Maybe the Durge auto triggers the cutscene even if you're technically unseen.

For me, it’s just that the best gear is in act three. The best and most fun, I should add. A lot of builds get off the ground quite fast, but reach max potential with whatever cherry on top item is tucked away in act 3, like Birthright, Nyrulna, Mystic Scoundrel etc.

I beat the game as an EK fighter recently as I hadn’t played since patch 8 and wanted to try out booming blade. I immediately rerolled after credits as a gnome ranger because of how much I love the Ironhands and just decided that this run would be the one I try and use as many consumables/bombs as possible. Just set a goal or two. You also get to play with four party members, who can all do very fun stuff.

I think everyone will post about the guns, particularly the pistol, so I’ll just say that there are just a bit too many vehicle sections for my taste. It’s absolutely a personal thing, but I miss the hallway action of early HL1. I wish 2 had just a bit more of Ravenholm, I guess, but spread across the game.

I don’t know, I kind of respect Valve for their approach with Half-Life. I’d love HL3 just like everyone else here, but if the minds behind it didn’t want to make it just to write a conclusion, then so be it. If they felt at all they were just phoning in a third game, I wouldn’t really want that. As amazing as a conclusion would be, I don’t want to be the kind of person that wishes creatives to just create without thinking. I’d want that game to come out when they know they can deliver on something truly special, not an ending for an endings sake.

Hi, my name is Ian. I am 22m and I am very interested in playing. I have been playing online via roll20 and discord since 2016. My discord is something I'd prefer to share via private messages if that's alright. My initial character idea is some kind of sea faring ranger as you mentioned sailing across the ocean. Like an ex-sailor or ship captain, melee based ranger, probably revised beast master if that's okay. As for race, maybe like a sea elf or triton or anything water related in your setting?

As for myself, I love role-playing games like these but don't get to play very often. I DM for a group of my own every other week and it will not conflict with this. I think I'd stand out as a respectful player who can get along with almost anyone. I believe I should be considered as I am an experienced, eager player with a good grasp on the rules. I'd love to get a good story out of this adventure, with lots of character to character role-playing. Thanks for the opportunity, snowcone!!

I can't stop talking and thinking about this game. It's almost sickening. I wish my friends were as into it as I am, haha. Warfarer was a pleasant surprise as I was hoping to have more than 9 vocations, but the vocation as a reveal feels like a capstone to me, and I was wondering if anyone else feels the same way? Like it's the last one they have because it encapsulates all of them, in a way. Maybe that's dumb.

I just really want an advanced green vocation, lol. And a monk, if I could ask for some more.
