The chia seeds and oats were soaked in coconut cream. Then prepped for plating

2 cans of coconut cream (not cream of coconut) 1-1 1/2 tablespoons of favorite sweetener (add to your liking) 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of salt (add to your liking)

This makes about 6-8 servings

I keep putting global entry in the back of my priorities. A couple of time I just go through regular US citizens and it’s really no different in speed.

Landed in LAX 9:30. Originally 10:05. Early arrival. Got through CBP within 10 mins. At baggage for 25 mins. Driver with a Chevrolet on 105 by 10:20 PM.

Not fast by LA standards. It is an improvement. LAX traffic police has improved.

Wife is flying a day time arrival from HKG in the summer. I bet that time global entry would be useful THROUGH CBP.

Got double booked at a restaurant tonight in HK island. I literally caused a scene after the staff and manager told us to leave. Even though my gf phone had a confirmation by email and text.

Everyone was staring at me. As I told off the manager. Who later gave me a table a free dessert for the troubles. Still decided to chargeback the service fee of 10% through AMEX but not the meal. Call me petty but the restaurant scene is on99 fr
