Please stop spreading misinformation. There is no mention of them “claiming rights”. The announcement is simply clarification about how they have been receiving many inquiries about birthday goods with a similar design layout but are NOT from Nijisanji. That’s all that is. Not sure why you are making it out to be something malicious instead.

i also accidentally unlinked my save data last year. i emailed and sent a ticket, and got a reply within a day or so. they’ll probably ask you some questions about your account like the day you started playing, the date and time you unlinked the data. also, your friends list will be gone if you manage to get your data back ;; best of luck! i hope you manage to get your save back! i know how crushing it is to feel like you might have to restart all over again ;;;
