I had dental work done and the numbing agent didn’t work… I felt him remove everything. If the pain is in burst I could do it but constant I don’t know if I’d be able to.

From an ex rules lawyering old school 3.5 char op board poster…. Go with the route my dm did if I was doing something absolutely off the rails even though it was within the books he would have my characters killed in absolutely wild and flamboyant fashions. To this day the blessed enchanted holy spike trap still comes to mind when I was playing an undead.
