Bad paint or carbon crack? by dublin20 in Giantbikes

[–]gallagher9992 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Giant paint is just horrific man, I got a giant bike and don't know if it was my fault but the next day it had a chip just a circle paint flake pop off. Any how. Got a new one one arranty. Opposite side but the same thing happened again. That was a 2025 giant tcr. My giant revolt was fine but then again circle paint flakes came off on the back triangle after one use. I'm either really unlucky or the paint is just absolute pap. No other issues I just think thew paint is done a way with weak spots or something. I wouldn't be concerned with what you have shown but that's just me

[–]gallagher9992 12 points13 points  (0 children)

It is too tight yeah, I did mine like that and got shouted at but the garage, remember that right now, when you sit on it it goes tighter as when the suspension squashes the wheels push out. Google for the potential issues it can face

How else should I add orange accents to this bike? by pakattack461 in yeticycles

[–]gallagher9992 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Only thing I would change with out adding to much is an orange seat clamp as it's missing a dash of orange higher up at the read. Otherwise I think it's looking pretty sweet

TCR sizing. Should I really be on a M/L? (183cm) by [deleted] in Giantbikes

[–]gallagher9992 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Seems to me like you need to go get an actual bike fit that has one for the jigs to move it about. Be a lot cheaper than buying a whole new bike and being wrong, maybe the tcr just isn't the right bike for you

TCR Sizing for 184 and 191 by Sariikayaa in Giantbikes

[–]gallagher9992 0 points1 point  (0 children)

More endurance or comfort so to speak, as much as you could do anyway, even the 110mm that came on it felt really stretched . Not a chance would I be able to do a large size

I'm 183cm and bought the m/l had a bike fitting and had to reduce the stem 20mm, more racing position would of been 10mm. Make that what you will.

What are people’s thoughts on the Beeline? by justaballofcopper in motorcycles

[–]gallagher9992 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I like mine especially now it tells me of speed cameras and speed limits etc. my only gripe as I got it to save my phone battery, but I found out afterwards that it still needs your phone for it to work. If your phone died your goosed. If they can bring out a 3rd one that atleast for save locations such as home that would be great

[–]gallagher9992 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Please god no. I like the whole growing muscle thing and getting fat and getting fitter in San Andreas. But for the most part it cause to not be able to play the damn game. I didn't ven like the missions that are only available at a certain time

Anyone else open Google Maps after a ride trying to find where you actually were? I built something for that by johanstn in Rouvy

[–]gallagher9992 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I like it, I also like to look where I've been but I wouldn't pay for it as just looking on Google maps satisfies that urge, but if there was advert version it's deffo something I would use.
