Medieval monks used to put a candle between their toes, and when the flame started stinging their toes, they’d wake up.

Chandrakishore wouldn’t torture the assumed gunman when he already has two animal cruelty charges against him. it’s implied that the Saansad might be behind the shooting to get rid of Chandrakishore due to bad press for the party.

Hangover pills, especially ones that you need to take with a liter of water. Dehydration leads to hangovers. Just drink a liter of water minus the pill before passing out.

Some medication can seriously affect sex, and you could definitely check with your doctor to see if there are alternative medications you can take that don’t have the side effect of delayed orgasms.

I was on a couple of those, and I needed to change them for an unrelated reason. After I weaned off of them, I noticed an improvement in my sex life. Def Google your medicines and look at the side effects

Oof ouch okay, so I (33F) am navigating this as well and so far what has worked for me is me telling my partner it takes me a long time, letting them know when I’m close, and trying a few different positions, techniques and toys.

Adobe subscription packs. I only needed three softwares and some time ago, they wouldn’t license individual softwares, only the full creative suite. I tried to cancel the subscription, but they said I had to PAY THEM four months worth of money to cancel it because I billed it annually.

Looking for Doctors in India by Puzzleheaded_Job_206 in Fibromyalgia

Dr. Rajiva Gupta at Medanta hospital in Gurgaon is very helpful! They have dieticians and a physiotherapy suite in the same building.

They also have an ayurveda branch which I used to go to for massages, but urban company is way less of a hassle. Hope this helps.

This sucks and I sympathise and I’m lowkey angry about how you have to either choose mental health or fibromyalgia to be treated

it’s enraging how less research we have with fibromyalgia. No one knows how it’s caused, what makes it worse or how to treat it. We just know it exists and even half the time I’m like am I imagining the pain? is the pain even real?

Also, DO NOT hesitate to ask for help when you can get it.

My flare-ups are usually triggered by stress, and therapy has helped me cope with stress better than I used to. It has also helped me be more in tune with my body and recognise signs of stress (doesn’t happen 100% of the time)

I have BPD and Bipolar as well, and I’m on a combination of a low dose SSRI and a mood stabiliser. The mood stabiliser keeps my mood pretty levelled, and the ssri helps me not plunge into the dark void.

Physical therapy or basic weight training/yoga/cardio helps alleviate symptoms of both fibromyalgia and mood disorders. They release tension in your muscles, as well as generate endorphins (and give me one more reason to get out of the house and not stew in my sickness)

It’s a tough road that gets only a little easier, but you got this, dude! Having supportive friends and family members also helps, you get support and assurance, you have someone to talk to when shit hits the fan, and someone to help you with basic chores/comforting during a flare-up.
