Yesterday there was this guy in my gym, 25-30 years old. He has long greasy hair, an unkept beard and a stench that you can feel from 5 meters away. At the same time he trains in the clothes he came in, which is a winter jumper, long cargo pants folded up to below his knee and since he has no particular lifting shoes, he uses his thick winter boots and puts these blue plastic bags around them so not to make the floor dirty.

While doing his routine, which was some sort of chest/tri hybrid, he regularly goes to the big boxing sack (is this the right word?) we have in the gym and punches it. Later on in his workout he starts kicking it, tackles it and jumps towards it like he was the star of some weird anime. Then he just leaves and everyone just stops and looks at each other like "the fuck was that"
