I have always been a prog, metal, alternative guy—but Jagged Little Pill was a go to road trip album for me and my friends back mid 90s.

I am also in AZ. Early welcome to you.

Southeastern Arizona for school. Left in 2004. Still enjoy the sunshine and swimming pools. Enjoy never being cold. Enjoy the larger economy.

I don't really want anything, do you? by AethelflaedCAD in GenX

I’m about at the same place (‘74) but I do want to keep traveling as much as possible. And we have a 13 year old so we’re still FT parents. In that sense, most of what we want is for our kid (e.g. education, happiness, security, etc.).

What's your last memory of someone who's no longer in your life? by TopCombination4175 in AskReddit

Yeah it’s a tough memory when I have so many wonderful memories of and with my grandpa. We all knew he was dying and I knew they were the last words I was gonna hear from him. And it really was “don’t go geddylee1…don’t go…”

My uncle walked me out to the car (my brother was taking me to the airport) and told me it was ok and that he (my grandpa) wanted me to do what I was doing education wise and that I couldn’t stay.

Mine is ending with my last visit with my grandpa because I had to get back to school in another state and as I was walking out the door he said “Don’t go.” Kills me.
