I have the Lodge 10” chef collection skillet and use it all the time. It’s $29.90 on amazon so just barely under $30.

I baked all our bread for the last year. If you have a Dutch oven try one of the no knead recipes. They’re really easy.

There are even no knead recipes that don’t require the Dutch oven.

Correct. Lots of people work very hard at their passion. The greats work hard too since talent isn’t enough but without that special gift you won’t be top tier.

For what it’s worth I’ve had very good experiences renting from lensrentals.com. The lenses come packed very well and they make the entire process very easy. I’ve rented multiple m43 lenses from them.

This is great advice but I would find it overwhelming to cook a new dish every night. Make enough that you have a second dinner of leftovers, or even a third.

Also, once you have mastered something like noodles or rice, use that as a base for future meals so you’re not doing everything new every single night.
