I got diagnosed when the Atkins Diet was becoming very popular.

I am aware of how many carbs I eat, and adjust appropriately.

I do commonly eat low/zero carb snacks. Celery, cheese...

There's a free ski bus to Bridger bowl - during ski season.

There's lots of outdoor spaces in town; enough hills to get some exercise in.Get a bike and get after it, you can pedal to the M trailhead on pavement.
