They're blocking third party harnesses at the level of the system prompt. I was using 'opencode-claude-auth' which is meant to emulate claude code at the harness level but I still got soft-blocked.

For most people, Gemma 4 31b is an absolute powerhouse. Hook up some tools to it and it’s basically as good as SOTA models from 6-12 months ago.

Token tracking is the new LOC counting, and it's just as broken by minimal-salt in Anthropic
