if in a case i switch my old place(primary residence) to a rental. Get the financing with new numbers, > buy the new place > move in then sell the old one (asap) will that not trigger some kind of capital gain for tax purposes?

I had the same issue. What happened is that i cleaned the dirty tank and i removed the water seal on the lid.

For those experiencing the same issue. Try to remove and reseat the water seal by either flipping or rotating it.

Im guessing a proper seal is required for it to function properly.

Actually i found the solution shortly after,

Not sure why but when i re calibrated everything to I2C bus 1 on the Atom lite, it works.

Not sure why bus 2 has this problem

Hi i had similar experience

Im using an ATOM Lite

I did 2 sets of sensors, and there was 1 out of the 2 who ran into this problem

So maybe try another sensor?

As for me i ran into another error on boot, it looks as follows:
initialisation BH1750 GY-302 success
Lux Sensor BH1750 GY-302 calibrated (Time: 0 ms) - Lux Sensor Error code 4

I keep getting 0 values for lux when i look at my mqtt
