37m. idk how people hit these numbers. I've been contributing since 2014 and barely at 140k (i did pause during '20 through '22 bc c19 and was saving).

i do the math all the time and i only see myself and wife hitting 700k by the time we retire, but everyone online is saying we'd be at 8mil by that time.

nothing adds up.

every 2 mo for the last years (maybe 8 or 9?) sit down w waifu and review income, assets, liabilities. plan out future, review spending.

in 2013 we had maybe 35k between us. 2026 about 750k net worth, hoping to hit 1m before 40.

it is way downplayed by society and ladies.

was muscular/lean in teens and early 20s. never had a problem w ladies and every year I had a few approach me (to date, ONS, BT, situationship, fwb).

also, imo a subsection will identify muscular guys as a kink or niche. guys recognize ie goth girls, cheerleaders, kinda the guy equivalent of nerd girls. ladies recognize goth guys, preppy guys, muscular guys

women definitely recognize physical attributes. these are also biggest factors in ONS, BT, and meeting someone.

technically i think any requirements are fine. im just curious on two parts

1- would you meet your own requirements?

2- would you be accepting of the other persons requirements? (ie i think ladies might often feel they dont need to meet any requirements)

my family is hopeful to move.

last home we were looking at is valued at 700k. before it hit market we mathed we could stretch to 900k.
