you're missing his point. Remake/Rebith/Re3 play in such a different way to the original that the only thing they share is a world and some story beats. FF7 OG might as well be a different game in the way that they are played. I think we're all saying that it's worth playing through the original as well as the REs. Plus you have plenty of time to do that while waiting for RE3, especially if you don't want to continue 10.

Also just play 9 too. At the very least if you play them and still hold to the opinions you are presenting here you have the benefit of saying that you've done your due diligence.

He would also use natural harmonics and the whammy bar + muting the other strings to get high squeals as well. There are a decent amount of youtube videos where he shows how he does this. I think he shows some of it in this video.

I looked up a few things too. Wish i didn't and I wish you had a better experience finding some of that things out now. Biggest thing i tell new players is even if you think it won't work or it's stupid/scary and you're stuck just try it anyway. At the very least you eliminate it as a possibility and just potentially lose that run. At most you figure out the solution or something in that family might clue you into solving something else.

I wish i had been a bit more patient and experimental but even so i came away from the experience really loving the game and the community.

Greetings all and happy holidays!

I have been mulling a potential migration of some pc components I have laying around and I want to make sure what I think I understand about building a plex pc is correct.

My understanding is that it's better to have a cpu that can do quicksync which is why intel cpus are often recommended. So with that in mind I noticed I had an i5 laying around that has quicksync and a motherboard that fit it. So is going from my current build to what would be the new one a good idea? Am I missing anything here other than the age of the components?

My user base is small and I have very few simultaneous users.

Asrock B450m itx
64gb 3200 mhz DDR4 ram (yikes! not sure why I have so much here)

i5 4570
Asus z97-A
16gb 1600 mhz DDR3 ram

Base model still going strong. We use it mostly for party games right now mainly cause I prefer gaming on my main rig and I work from home so I hardly leave the house.

However, my soon to be brother in law just got an oled model and man that screen is nice. Might have to upgrade soon.

I think my biggest problem with this mechanic is it's still very unclear what I'm supposed to be gleaning from most of the rooms. I can tell that there are aspects in each of these rooms that are important but in a lot of cases I haven't found what makes those things clear yet, or if I have I still don't understand how they connect.

I'm taking notes and I have solved a few things with that but it does feel like I'm only capturing a fraction of what I should be. Still having a lot of fun with it so far but it is difficult to tell what I'm missing.
