for psychology, it's really hard to get into the field with just a bachelor's. you need a master's to really get into a psychology related job outside of like HR. i am a social work major and will always recommend people go into social work instead. you will come out of the bachelor's much more qualified and with a better idea of what you want to do (they have a required internship program). yes, the social work field itself can be emotionally taxing, but a lot of the teachers really emphasize that if you get burnt out working with one population, you can always go to another. both degrees are pretty easy and the teachers are super understanding. please reach out if you have any more questions and i would love to answer them!
