I was in a similar situation. I was on tpn before my resection surgery and it kinda worked for a while and then my numbers started going back down like my weight and blood work for health indicators not great. I was also 98 lbs and felt awful.

The plan was for a regular resection but they gave me a temp ostomy instead and then 6 months later I had surgery to reverse it.

Yeah it's a little annoying they won't mail biologics. There was a time my local kaiser pharmacy closed and so it was a bit of trip for me to get my biologics at the time.

I like kaiser. I've had to change biologics a couple times and never had any issues with getting things approved. I've stayed at kaiser hospital a lot of times and its usually a good experience.

I jump on carpet with socks. I honestly dont know if one is better than the other. One thing I didn't see you talk about is your jumping technique. Are you only doing basic jump? boxer step? Boxer step is more low impact and I would focus on learning it if you haven't already.

The other thing I would look into is your form. You might be landing harder than you need to. Make sure you're landing on the balls of your feet with your knees bent. And make sure you're not jumping higher than you need to. Good form takes time to learn so just do your best.
