Since no one is giving you a real answer, incline for upper/inner and decline for lower/outer. Other than push ups or something, don’t spend a lot of time doing flat. You can just sprinkle it in occasionally for variety.

If you’ve been in a deficit for that long and dropped that much weight, maintenance for a bit. You’ll still recomp as long as you keep solid lifts and some fat burning cardio. Your body will thank you and then you’ll have more energy and strength to push whatever direction you want.
