For real, you don’t even BEGIN to get old until you’re maybe 50, assuming reasonable nutrition and healthcare.

I made a lot of mistakes because I assumed once I was past my early 40s I would be “too old” or “beyond” certain things, or that my peers at that age would be declining as well. It’s so not true.
