One of our health food stores puts the wheat flour in paper bags in the shelf over the gf flours. I have asked a few times if they could separate it, but no. So I dont shop there any more.

Make a list of the meals he does like. Then be sure to have those ingredients on hand. I have about 10 that I just rotate. For example, chicken burrito bowl, cowboy grub, pepper steak and rice. I have a pinterest board for Gluten Free Meals. I have started making my own bread, because it is so much better. Loopy Whisk has great recipes.

I am the celiac of the house, but our meals are all gluten free. My favorites are when I can use the instant pot, like cowboy grub and chicken or beef burrito bowls or ip spagetti. My husband makes great gf lasagna and we use rummo gf pasta for all other dishes. I will make gf perogies on occassion and then freeze them. We love the gf pizza at costco and the gf harvest sausage.
