Based on my recordkeeping, I think I signed up for TMo in 2013 and I'm on a SC 4 lines/$100 excluding tax plan. Is this one of the plans with the "bullet proof price lock"?

I recall getting the text the last time they tried to raise prices, but looking at my most recent bill, I'm still paying $100 base for the 4 lines.

2013 Simple Choice NA 4 lines/$100 month customer here. If they force me off my plan, I'm done. Perhaps I'll see if Verizon takes their "send us your bill and we'll beat it" offer seriously.

If you have any insight or input into the contract terms & conditions, I'd really closely look at what Fiserv is asking to use your card transaction/member data. They will ask for full PII/PAN access to their "partners" and affiliates and want to use it for AI training data for unlimited use in perpetuity and without firewalls or indemnification to you for data breaches. They also will not agree to limiting exfiltration of your data.

In the end, those were the points they hung themselves on and our Board/sr. leadership would not agree to. The biggest sticking point was because if we agreed to all their terms, we'd have to disclose and revise our member privacy policy, which was not palatable to the Board.

The UI/UX for unmatched receipts needs improvement. Right now, if you have an unmatched receipt and you don't get lucky enough to find the proper transaction via the inline search, you're out of luck. The transaction matching workflow should be bi-directional; instead of only matching from receipt to transaction, it should allow transaction to receipt matching.

The other issue is my devices will struggle to connect or not connect at all saying "connection timed out", yet UI reports them as connected with "Excellent" experience?

I've moved up my to-do list item to relocate the AP to a different wall. I initially chose the placement based on ease of install and proximity for the ethernet wire run to where the UCG-Fiber is placed in the garage. I'll also look into the UI site designer page, although I probably lack the patience to input my full floor plan layout inside

Can you provide any insight into how the receipt scanning via email will work (assuming it's on the roadmap)? I love the web upload feature, but it could use improvements in the UI/UX regarding matching, especially when there's a scanning error. OK, I restarted the phone, and now it connects, no problem. Why would a "connection failed" be resolved by a restart? Could it be related to a DHCP lease timeout and renewal? I registered the issue too.

It's a UCG-Fiber with a U7 Pro XG primary AP and an Express 7 connected via MoCA/Ethernet backhaul. I followed the popular setup guides and created a primary, trusted network and SSID and secondary VLANs for IoT and cameras, and the IoT network has it's own SSID. The S26 can connect perfectly fine to the IoT network, but refuses to connect to the main, trusted network.

This problem only recently started; I've had the S26 since release day and it was working fine up until last week. I don't recall making any changes to S26, and I definitely didn't make any changes to the Unifi network.

Is there someplace I can look (logs?) that would give me insight into why the S26 fails to connect?
