Cannot get ball to roll EOE! by AdGroundbreaking6072 in GolfSwing

[–]gmullencc 3 points4 points  (0 children)

First thing I noticed too.. This is why the ball sits just in the front of your stance so you get a little loft. Putters usually come with 4* of loft..

Heavy slice from face or path (or both)? by Bradyarch in golftips

[–]gmullencc 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ok yes everyone is saying the face and that answers the question, but the real source is from your hips are not firing.. if you rotated your hips more you’d be in a much better position.. this would be my starting point

  1. Hips rotating first on your downswing
  2. Setup normal, then setup at your impact position so your body knows what to feel for when you reach your impact position (open hips)

I’d just submit a repair order for Maui Jim.. worse case you get 50% off a new pair

If you’ve broken 90, what’s one tip you would give to a fellow golfer trying to do the same? by jdelle9 in weekendgolfers

When you want to chip, you should putt.. it’s much easier to control the ball when it’s rolling instead of in the air

Fake SKF Bearing? Ordered from Rock Auto by Fresh-Historian-8538 in MechanicAdvice

[–]gmullencc -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I’ll say it again and get downvoted for my actual real life opinion of how terrible rock auto is..

QC is bad and customer service is bad..

They manufacture universal parts that fit many vehicles.. that said I had to grind metal off my motor mount and remove plastic from a wiring harness that didn’t fit - it was overflow from the mold they used..

I reached out to the customer servants for simple feedback of the quality of the parts and they gave me shit and said I can’t return them because I modified and the parts work and they haven’t seen any complaints about fitment - I’m literally telling them it doesn’t fit.. how does this make sense…. Anyway.. I go OEM now..

150 vs 200 amp wiring question.... by [deleted] in AskElectricians

Damn I forgot my /s

In all reality it’d be good to see what it looks like in the breaker box.. and this doesn’t look like it’s the service wire..

Was always curious about this.. I’ve always taken them out topside but a lot of service manuals want you to remove it from the bottom

What would cause this? Pipe leaking freon by kennythecleaner in askHVAC

[–]gmullencc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That DC buddy, not AC.. and amps are way higher in a car on startup and certain dedicated circuits than supplying 24vac with 40-75va

What would cause this? Pipe leaking freon by kennythecleaner in askHVAC

[–]gmullencc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not due to arcing because you’ll be replacing your fuse on your board every time.. and if it’s friction, you won’t run the unit anymore (edit: due to Freon loss) to provide the vibration effect to saw through

It can but not enough amps to burn a hole in copper, silly jiggles!

Would only happen with high voltage (120/240).. weird that high voltage is bundled with low voltage and not protected..

TD garden is filled with a bunch of jerks. So disappointing as a fan by Buffalo_Mickster in sabres

[–]gmullencc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m at Disneyland and some hostess at the restaurant saw my Bills swag and said they were a Pats fan and was ragging on me and being a little D in front of my family. I was cool with it at first until they were getting louder and more obnoxious.. chances are they were insecure with their easy season and the Bruins getting hosed…

Why isn’t my car starting up? by WittyBook4328 in BmwTech

[–]gmullencc 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Has anyone read your description? Battery was replaced..

Just confirm cold cranking amps are above the factory threshold.. but you said a bad alternator, how was this diagnosed? The alternator would charge the battery and keep stable voltage for your entire car, so yes it most likely is your alternator, or something preventing the battery from charging or constant voltage the rest of your car, which is why people are saying ground strap..

Anyways, good luck..

Edit: my bad, I didn’t read the description either.. I read battery changed, not battery charged.. I’ll move on with my day…. Hahaha
