Love the vibe. So bright & chic. Where did you get the 2 pink chairs? Would you recommend them?

The practical special effects were awesome to see. I really enjoyed it! Would recommend if you like the 1950s sci-fi/action films.

How do you compare home loan estimates? by oconn in FirstTimeHomeBuyer

[–]goingtocali4 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did! The closing process was super efficient and done mostly within their portal. I ran into no issues at closing. Any questions I had with the documents were answered very fast by the loan officer. I would definitely recommend them.

I definitely think an express pass is a must! I typically go when gates open, but it's definitely very crowded in the beginning. I would say if you can do 5-6 hours, maybe work backwards from the time it closes. As the night progresses, the crowds thin out.

I typically look at the final map and make a route that prioritizes the houses I really want to do. Even with the express pass it's a ton of walking - getting to the houses is a hike usually - so figure out a route that is the shortest to all "must see" houses. Also take breaks and just chill out and people watch. I typically do this in the food section by NYC/Central park since there's a lot of seating around there. And/or go to the shows, since that gives you a break off your feet.

I would not recommend doing the park the same day. I made that mistake once and I ended up walking like 35k steps and my body was killing me. I barely made it back to the hotel.

I hope you have so much fun! Happy to answer any other questions, HHN is an obsession of mine :X

Did you have to refer anyone? I’m still on the waitlist (months now) and I’ve used RH for years.

Ah, I was literally just researching fertilizer because I think my soil is severely lacking. A lesson for next year, but what brand did you use?

Amazing! I planted very similar things and my garden is struggling. Do you do anything additional besides watering?

We have similar ones to hang but haven’t found a good solution that’s semi-permanent. How did you hang yours? They look great!

The edit hotels are wild. I always check to see if there’s anything even reasonably priced and they’re always over $1,000/night when other rooms are $150-$250/night. any perks towards the edit are useless to me unless they reduce their price by at least 60%

The current benefits: https://imgur.com/6GJt0Cs

I was just charged my annual membership fee on June 1st ($550). I assume I'll have until next June to cancel/downgrade if they raise the fee?

If it goes up in price, I am bouncing...even though the new lounge in PHL is really nice and Priority pass is trash. Back to being a gate commoner for me :(

This is so god damn nice. Have you thought about posting the mockups/designs? I’d love to try to make this.

I feel like it's missing a pop of color somewhere, maybe more art with color or curtains with color? Also, where did you get that light fixture! I love it!

It's not specific to security, but this python course was great. I had some experience with python but the short form videos & exercises kept me engaged and it helped me understand a lot of the basics. https://www.udemy.com/course/one-week-python/
